On August 30, the Bidding Committee of the Association organized a consultation meeting on two local standards, namely the General Principles for the Evaluation of Second-hand Equipment for Export Construction Machinery and the Service Specification for the Evaluation of Second-hand Equipment for Export Construction Machinery. Yuan Zhen, secretary general of the association, attended the meeting, and more than 20 people, including standardization experts, drafting team members, and representatives of inspection and testing institutions, host enterprises and trade enterprises, attended the meeting.

Yuan Zhen mentioned that the formulation of the two standards provides a set of scientific, reasonable and standardized basis for the evaluation of export construction machinery remanufacturing equipment, ensuring the fairness and accuracy of the assessment results, safeguarding the rights and interests of consumers, enhancing market confidence and promoting fair competition. He stressed that the formulation of standards is also a strong support for the "going out" strategy of the construction machinery industry in our province, which will help enhance the competitiveness and influence of the construction machinery industry in our province and even the whole country in the international market.

The standard drafting team gave a detailed introduction to the development process of the two standards and the progress of soliciting opinions. The participants had a warm and in-depth discussion on the draft of the standard, and put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions based on theoretical guidance and practical application. These opinions and suggestions will be used as an important reference, and the drafting group will further revise and improve the standard to ensure that the standard is scientific, reasonable and standardized.

In the future, with the formal implementation and promotion of these two local standards, it will provide a solid guarantee for the export of construction machinery remanufacturing equipment in our province and promote the development of the industry to a higher level and higher quality.

The meeting also conducted extensive discussions and exchanges on the "Hunan Provincial Local Standard "Construction Machinery Second-hand Equipment Export After-sales Service Specification" Questionnaire, laying the foundation for the formulation of follow-up service specifications.
