In order to continue to polish the golden business card of Changsha construction machinery brand in Hunan Province and boost the quality and efficiency of Changsha's construction machinery industry, on September 26, 2024, the pre-acceptance review meeting of the "Changsha China Construction Machinery Index" project managed and developed by Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association entrusted by Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology was officially held in Hunan Guozhong Zhilian Research Institute.

At the meeting, Hangzhou Shuliang Technology Co., Ltd., the undertaking unit of the index project, reported on the construction of the "Changsha China Construction Machinery Index" project, and reported and demonstrated the work content of the whole process of project construction, index compilation plan, information system development, etc.

The expert group listened carefully to the report of the project, and conducted a detailed demonstration from the aspects of work completion, scientific index compilation, index application scenarios, and platform functions. The expert group believes that the "Changsha China Construction Machinery Index" construction project completes all the work content before the release of the index specified in the bidding document and the project contract, and the technical parameters and indicators basically meet the acceptance standards, and have the conditions for external release, and can pass the pre-acceptance. The expert group suggested that the index should fully combine big data, artificial intelligence and other technical means, continuously optimize the indicators and data results, and the final results should be dynamic and keep pace with the times, showing the characteristics and highlights of Changsha construction machinery.
