In order to help member companies gain an in-depth understanding of foreign social media attributes and improve the business capabilities of foreign trade enterprises, on October 18, Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association, Changsha Cross-border Trade Association and Changsha County China-Africa Economic and Trade Chamber of Commerce launched a training activity with the theme of "Improving Foreign Trade Profit Growth from the Perspective of Customers". More than 130 member companies of various associations and chambers of commerce participated in the meeting.

The training specially invited Mr. Li Xun, the tutor of Shenzhen Overseas Social Media Marketing Center, to give a lecture. Mr. Li has 15 years of experience in B2B overseas social media customer development, and is the founder of "B2B Overseas Social Media Marketing System" and "Overseas Social Media Key Customer Transaction Strategy", and has been invited to teach in more than 50 cities across the country. Through the teaching mode of "throwing out questions and answering questions", Mr. Li shared more than 30 dry goods on how to improve foreign trade business capabilities with the participants from the perspective of customers, and the participants said that they had gained a lot.

A: On the basis of posting, you can optimize the content of the post from the customer's perspective, such as how to solve the problem for the customer and how to express it to attract the attention of the customer. For example, our posts about our products may not attract the attention of our customers, but if we add social content to our products, the effect will be different.

A: Foreign customers tend to communicate with the staff in the first four positions, but the staff who operate our overseas social media accounts are generally sales. However, we can start from the needs of foreign customers and publish more content about R&D design and engineering projects, so as to gain the attention and recognition of foreign customers.

A: Not necessarily. Foreigners don't necessarily need the most advanced products, but they need the best ones for them. Enterprises cannot be entangled in the problem of products, but need to "ruthlessly" find customers.

A: "Say what the customer wants to hear first, and then talk about what you want to say." Customers don't just want to know how good your product is, they want to know what benefits your "good product" can bring to the customer.

Recently, the concept of "not going to sea, going out" is very high in the voice of entrepreneurs, the scale of this event was originally planned to be 50 people, and the number of on-site registrations exceeded 130 people, which shows that entrepreneurs attach great importance to foreign trade. After the meeting, the participants said that the content of the training was highly consistent with the current foreign trade business work, which further expanded their understanding and application of foreign social media attributes, and further enhanced their confidence and ability to improve the growth of foreign trade profits.

Chen Kang, deputy secretary-general of Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association, mentioned that in the context of the complex and changeable global economic situation, market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and customer needs are becoming increasingly diversified. He said that the follow-up association will, as always, respond to the needs of foreign trade enterprises, further increase the intensity of foreign trade-related training, and help enterprises "go to sea" development.
