The meeting was hosted by Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Cluster and Changsha New Generation Autonomous Security Computing System Industry Cluster, and the leaders of the province's cities and states in charge of industry and information technology and the main persons in charge of the cluster development promotion organizations gathered together to witness the establishment of the first provincial industrial cluster alliance in the country - Hunan Industrial Cluster Alliance. The association participated in the event as the first chairman unit of the Hunan Industrial Cluster Alliance.

The establishment of the Hunan Industrial Cluster Alliance is another embodiment of the spirit of "industrial Hunan army" and "dare to be the first". At the meeting, Director Hu Yuhui and Chairman Chen Jun issued letters of appointment to senior experts Professor Li Wenhui, President of the China Institute of High-tech Industrial Economics, and Zhao Zuoquan, Researcher of the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy Consulting, Chinese Academy of Sciences. And jointly unveiled the "Hunan Industrial Cluster Alliance" and "Hunan Cluster Home", marking the official establishment of the alliance and the beginning of a new journey of development.

The release of the "Hunan Provincial Industrial Cluster Alliance Public Welfare Service System, Factor Service System and Hunan Provincial Industrial Cluster Digital General Platform" became the focus of the scene. Secretary-General Yang Yuhu introduced in detail that the Industrial Cluster Alliance will focus on keywords such as "empowerment and hematopoiesis" through eight promotion centers of production and research consulting, industrial innovation, investment promotion, industrial digital intelligence, legal affairs, government and enterprise digital, resource strategy, and Hunan enterprises going to sea, and provide "3 ecological public welfare services, 3 organizational public welfare services, and 3 enterprise public welfare services" for the province's clusters, so as to promote the high-quality integrated development of the cluster ecology.

At the meeting, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology also released the first provincial industrial cluster digital general platform, through the establishment of a digital management platform, portal information platform, and digital visual platform for precision service industrial clusters, to achieve one-stop policy display, data network scheduling, and integrated resource sharing, including distribution areas, cluster output value, enterprise profits, the number of enterprises on the scale, and the list of specialized, special and new "little giant" enterprises, etc.

The Hunan Provincial Industrial Cluster Digital Platform combines the "one map, four libraries and one list" of Hunan industrial clusters and the statistical monitoring system of industrial clusters that are being explored to intuitively display the economic indicators and enterprise projects of 102 clusters.

Director Hu Yuhui presided over the launch ceremony of the digital general platform of Hunan industrial clusters, and witnessed the signing of the cooperation between the various element centers of the alliance to serve the cluster projects in the province with a number of experts.
