At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, the Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association expresses sincere gratitude to all member units, industry colleagues, and their families, as well as to leaders, comrades, and friends from all walks of life who have long cared for and supported the development of the Changsha Construction Machinery Cluster and the work of the association. 　　Over the past year, sand has formed a tower and together we have built the cornerstone of industry development. In 2024, we will gather wisdom and empower development by holding a series of large-scale conferences and forums such as industry salons, industrial and information technology lecture halls, and ecological cooperation conferences, conducting member exchanges and visits, and building bridges for communication and cooperation among member enterprises. At the same time, we actively provide suggestions and participate in provincial and municipal planning in the field of construction machinery, contributing wisdom and strength to the development of the industry. In addition, we have increased our publicity and promotion efforts, regularly releasing industry development briefings, participating in professional media coverage, and enhancing the industry's visibility and influence.

　　Over the past year, standards have led the way in creating a new ecosystem for industry development. We are guided by standards to promote the deep development of internationalization in the industry. Multiple group and local standards have been released, covering key areas such as the test specifications for the main bearings of full section tunnel boring machines and the technical specifications for the relocation and remanufacturing testing of concrete mixing plants. Through standard promotion and training activities, we have trained more than 300 people and improved the professional level of industry talents. At the same time, we also participated in the drafting of the first local regulation in the field of construction machinery in China, the "Changsha Regulations on Promoting the Development of the Construction Machinery Industry", providing solid policy support for the industry's development.

　　In the past year, we have integrated innovation and jointly explored new spaces for industry development. We actively promote the deep integration of the industrial chain and accelerate the pace of cross regional and cross field cooperation. The signing of a cooperation agreement between Changsha and Xuzhou to jointly build an innovation center for construction machinery manufacturing has strengthened regional collaboration. At the same time, we have established close cooperative relationships with multiple industry associations and institutions, and jointly organized a series of docking and exchange activities. In terms of digital transformation, we have comprehensively promoted the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction machinery industry, injecting new vitality into the industry's development. In addition, we have also explored the development space of the aftermarket, launched an evaluation system for engineering machinery remanufacturing (second-hand) equipment, and created a live sharing platform, further enhancing the global competitiveness and influence of the industry.

　　In the past year, we have set sail and forged new brilliance in the development of the industry. We have achieved significant results in expanding into international markets. The organization has participated in multiple international exhibitions and activities, and has had extensive exchanges and cooperation with overseas international organizations. At the same time, we have also explored the establishment of a standard international mutual recognition mechanism and signed standard mutual recognition agreements with industry organizations in multiple countries and regions, laying a solid foundation for the international development of the industry. In terms of talent cultivation, we have conducted diversified ability training to enhance the professional abilities and international perspectives of industry talents. Especially, the first training course for engineering machinery assessors in Hunan Province was held for three sessions, with a total of 150 people trained, providing effective talent support for domestic and international transactions of engineering machinery remanufacturing (second-hand) equipment.

The association will work together with cluster enterprises to seize development opportunities, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and jointly build a world-class engineering machinery industry cluster. In the new year, we will continue to strengthen our membership services, promote standard setting, deepen integration and innovation, expand the international market, and enhance the skill level of talents.
