On March 18, the Changsha Intermediate People's Court and the Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association jointly held a "Construction Machinery Execution Business Seminar and Theme Party Day Activities", through the "Party Building + Business" dual-wheel drive, to jointly solve the construction machinery industry's execution problems. All production equipment is connected to the Internet, and real-time data such as production information, equipment usage, and assembly line progress are updated on the electronic screen, vividly demonstrating the efficiency and precision of intelligent manufacturing. The participants first visited the factory to gain an in-depth understanding of Sany Heavy Industry's corporate culture and the latest development achievements of intelligent manufacturing enabled by the Industrial Internet.       provided a practical path for the judiciary and the industry to work together to solve development problems through the model of "focusing on problems and discussing countermeasures". In response to the professional problems reflected by enterprise representatives, such as the difficulty of intellectual property rights protection and execution, the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court patiently answered and proposed solutions. At the meeting, the Execution Bureau of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court also introduced the implementation of the execution business involving engineering machinery and the objection business.

      Zhang Shuai emphasized that the Changsha Intermediate People's Court actively practices the purpose of justice for the people, serves as a ballast to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, promptly fulfills the survival rights of enterprises, severely cracks down on counterfeiting, infringement of intellectual property rights and other illegal acts, and provides strong judicial guarantees for the production and operation of enterprises; serves as a booster to escort the transformation and upgrading of the industry, adheres to good-faith and civilized execution, helps enterprises to alleviate difficulties, and creates a fair, transparent and predictable rule of law business environment; builds a bridge of communication to promote communication and cooperation among all parties, strengthens communication and cooperation with the government, industry associations and enterprises, establishes and improves information sharing and linkage mechanisms, provides personalized judicial services, and jointly promotes the high-quality development of the construction machinery industry.
