On March 12, the 2025 annual working meeting of the Standardization Committee of Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association was held at the International Standardization Innovation Center in Furong Standardization Town, bringing together experts and elites in the industry to discuss the standardization development path of the construction machinery industry. Zhou Hanlu, a first-level chief clerk of the Market Supervision Bureau of Changsha Economic Development Zone, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 20 members of the association's Standardization Committee and industry experts attended the meeting.

      The meeting comprehensively summarized the work achievements of the Association's Standardization Committee in 2024, successfully built a standard system framework covering the entire industry chain, and released the first standard system for the export of second-hand construction machinery in Hunan Province, filling the gap in domestic standards in related fields; formulated and released group standards covering key areas such as concrete mixing plants, full-section tunnel boring machines, and intelligent heavy-duty steel plate conveyors, providing technical support for the high-quality development of the industry; innovatively established a "training + practice" compound talent training mechanism, and carried out a number of special training sessions, effectively improving the professional capabilities of industry talents. In addition, the Association's Standardization Committee has promoted the mutual recognition of international standards with countries such as Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates through the promotion and application of standards, injecting new impetus into the international development of the construction machinery industry.

      The "2025 Standardization Work Plan" mentions that in 2025, the Association's Standardization Committee will focus on strengthening the construction of expert think tanks and expanding the expert network in key areas such as intelligent equipment and green manufacturing; carry out research and construction of the standard system, promote the development of multi-level standards, accelerate the iteration and upgrading of group standards, deepen local standard innovation, and lay out the discourse power of international standards; implement the talent base strengthening plan to comprehensively enhance the industry's standardization innovation capabilities.

      In 2025, the Association's Standardization Committee added a group of experts with profound professional qualities and rich practical experience in the industry, injecting new vitality and wisdom into the Association and leading the industry's standardization work to a new height. At the meeting, the expert group conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as multi-dimensional international standard coordination mechanisms, accelerating the construction of intelligent standard systems, and innovative talent training models, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions, which provided important references for the work of the Standardization Committee and pointed out an innovative path for the development of industry standardization.

      Zhou Hanlu fully affirmed the work results of the Association's Standardization Committee, emphasizing the need to "lead industrial upgrading with standards and drive high-quality development with innovation", and to strengthen the deep integration of standards and scientific and technological innovation. This meeting summarized the past, planned for the future, gathered consensus, and stimulated motivation, which will promote greater breakthroughs in the standardization work of the construction machinery industry and contribute more to the high-quality development of the industry.

      Yuan Zhen, Secretary General of the Association, stressed the Association's high attention to standardization work and its firm confidence in the development of standardization in the construction machinery industry. In the next step, the Association's Standardization Committee will focus on building a "domestic leading and internationally integrated" standard system to provide solid support for building a world-class construction machinery industry cluster.
