On March 11, the unveiling ceremony and the centralized dispatching of the Engineering Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Base of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area were held. Vice Governor Cao Zhiqiang unveiled the plaque and announced the dispatching of the vehicles.

      The construction machinery remanufacturing and maintenance base includes a remanufacturing and maintenance center, a trading and exhibition center, and a comprehensive service center. Currently, 11 companies have settled in. The base can effectively break the pain points of the construction machinery remanufacturing and maintenance industry, which are "scattered, chaotic, and small", and stimulate market vitality. The Changsha area will formulate the country's first remanufacturing and maintenance standard system and establish the country's first full-process traceability platform for construction machinery.

      At the event, the National Construction and Urban Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center issued the "Implementation Rules for Inspection and Certification of Construction Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Bases" and the first construction machinery remanufacturing and maintenance product certification certificate in the national free trade pilot zone; the Provincial Taxation Bureau delivered the first value-added tax invoice to the base; Changsha Customs issued the first certificate of origin for the base; and the Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Police Corps awarded a plaque to the road second-hand equipment export registration service station.

      After the base was unveiled, 566 equipment from companies such as Sany Group, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanhe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. were shipped in batches, covering more than 10 categories such as excavators, pump trucks, and rotary drilling rigs, with a total value of 551 million yuan. They will be sold to Southeast Asia, Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and other regions.

The Hunan Free Trade Pilot Zone has organized more than 20 companies to carry out the export of remanufacturing and maintenance equipment. About 2.4 billion yuan worth of equipment will be exported to 21 countries in Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
