In order to implement the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on accelerating the construction of manufacturing power, and to cultivate and develop advanced manufacturing clusters, in July this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology conducted an open tender for the 2019 advanced manufacturing cluster and changed the "look at the surface" model to "raise a competition" model to cultivate several national advanced manufacturing industry clusters across the country.

As the promotion organization of the city to build a world-class construction machinery industry cluster, the Association, under the leadership of the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province, Changsha Municipal People’s Government and Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, led the member companies to actively carry out project bidding, and 24 units of 15 subcontracted projects passed through the preliminary competition. Our Association and Jiangsu Machinery Industry Association won the fourth subcontract: construction machinery and agricultural machinery equipment projects.
