At present, novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation outbreaks in many parts of the country, and a battle for the protection of people's lives and health has begun. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to it and conduct timely deployment. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly issued important instructions, calling for full prevention and control work, putting people's lives and health in the first place, and making epidemic prevention and control the most important at present. The Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government actively and quickly responded, initiated a first-level response to major public health emergencies, and coordinated and guided all provinces, industries, and departments of the province to prevent and control the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation.

The epidemic situation is an order, and prevention and control is a responsibility. In response to the government's call, Changsha Construction Machinery's majority of enterprises and institutions responded to the call, built their own prevention and control system, took the initiative to participate in fighting "epidemic", and generously donated to areas with severe epidemics. All units worked together which showed the mission and responsibility of the people in the industry.

The Changsha Construction Machinery Association urges all units to continue to shoulder social responsibilities, not to believe or spread rumors, to correctly propagate epidemic prevention measures, to ensure equipment supply and price stability, to jointly prevent and control epidemic situations, to work together to overcome difficulties, and to cooperate fully to do all epidemic control work. We are now sending out initiatives to member units and industry companies:

1. Attach great importance to enhance awareness of epidemic prevention. Take the epidemic prevention and control work as the most important task at present.

2. Pay attention to health and do a good job of propaganda of epidemic prevention knowledge. Use the company's official website, WeChat public account and other forms to strengthen the propaganda of the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control knowledge, effectively raise the staff's awareness of prevention, and do all the prevention and control measures for the company's rework after the holiday.

3. Set a good example, one side in trouble has support from all directions. Combined with the needs of the epidemic area, enterprises should actively participate in the donation of emergency materials. In addition, combined with the company's own advantages, it actively organized engineering equipment to support the front line of epidemic prevention and control, ensured the safe construction, and made due contributions to the Changsha construction machinery industry for prevention and control.

4. Coordinate prevention and control, and promote the resumption of production in an orderly manner. All units should implement the instructions of the superiors, coordinate the mobilization of all parties, do a good job in the prevention and control of material security, scientifically arrange the targets and tasks, plan construction development measures, and realize the gradual and smooth resumption of work and production with peace of mind so as to decrease the financial influence to the lowest. During the epidemic period, Changsha Construction Machinery Association will use platform resources to organize relevant experts in the industry to provide the following public welfare services for member units:

1. Expand the influence of publicity. For the material donations and equipment inputs provided by the member companies in the epidemic situation, the Association will organize publicity on relevant websites and communication channels.

2. Promote project implementation. With the principle of "one-to-one, point-to-point", the Association assists the project units to grasp the implementation of the national advanced manufacturing cluster project, and ensures that each project is completed according to the time node.

3. Build a communication bridge. The association will listen to everyone's opinions and demands in a timely manner, strengthen information exchange and work contact, and ensure that information items are notified in a timely manner and communicate with each other without error.

4. Assist with pain points. All units can promptly and accurately report the financial, credit, logistics and other problems and demands encountered in the process of resumption of production and production and operation to the Association, and the Association will summarize and put forward opinions and suggestions to the relevant departments and institutions.
