How to join

1. Membership conditions

All construction machinery manufacturing enterprises, maintenance enterprises, circulation enterprises, users, colleges, scientific research institutes, social organizations and other construction machinery related units that have obtained industrial and commercial business licenses within China in accordance with law, support the Article of the Association and voluntarily join the Association can apply for membership.

2. Joining Procedure

(1) Units that voluntarily apply for membership can download the "Registration Application Form" from the Association's website, fill in the form in duplicate with the official seal, and send it as well as a copy of the unit's business license to the association secretariat. (2) The Secretariat receives the application for membership, submits it to the relevant leaders for review and approval after the preliminary examination, and prepares the "Member Certificate" within 15 working days.

(3) Issue the "Member Certificate" after payment of membership dues and other related fees;

Note:

1. Units applying for membership must follow the procedures described above, otherwise they will not be reviewed and approved;

2. During the closing of the Standing Council, the Secretariat may be authorized to examine the membership of the applicant on behalf of the Standing Council;

3.The representative of the member unit of the association is the legal representative of the unit or its client. When the legal representative of the member unit changes, the representative of the member unit of the association changes accordingly. ]

3. Rights of Members:

(1) Vote and be elected;

(2) Participate in the activities of the association;

(3) Enjoy priority in the services provided by the Association;

(4) Criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Association;

(5) Join the Association voluntarily and quit the Association optionally.

4. Obligations Performed by Members:

(1) Implement the Association's resolution;

(2) Safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the Association;

(3) Complete the work assigned by the Association;

(4) Reflect the situation to the Association and provide relevant information;

(5) Pay dues in accordance with the Article.

5. Membership Withdrawal

1. The member should notify the Association Secretariat in writing and return the "Member Certificate".

2. If a member does not pay membership dues or does not participate in the Association ’s activities for two years without justifiable reasons, the member can be regarded as an automatic withdrawal.

6. Penalties for Disciplinary Violations

If any member seriously violates the Article, the member shaa be expelled after the approval of the Standing Council.
