On March 31, the founding meeting of the Changsha Construction Machinery Association Second-Hand Equipment Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "the Alliance") was held. Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Changsha Construction Machinery Association and the sponsor of the Alliance, second-hand equipment alliance enterprises and media attended the meeting and witnessed the establishment of the alliance.

In order to jointly maintain the benign, fair and healthy development of the second-hand equipment trading market, under the guidance of the Changsha Construction Machinery Association, five enterprises, namely Hunan Sinoboom Intelligence Co., Ltd., Hunan TJR Engineering Network Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Xuanyuan Chunqiu Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Hunan Chaoxiong Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., and Hunan Huanlong International Trade Co., Ltd. worked together and started the Alliance. They will be committed to integrating the government, enterprises, and social resources to fully tap the second-hand equipment trading market resources and promote information and services sharing, to better promote the development of Changsha construction machinery industry cluster.

The founding conference of the alliance was hosted by Zhang Biao, secretary general of the Alliance. At the meeting, Wu Jingsheng, secretary general of the Changsha Construction Machinery Industry Association, introduced that the Alliance established today is an important part of the Changsha Construction Machinery Association. Under the background of the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology fostering advanced manufacturing clusters, it is responsible for accelerating the industry construction and development of construction machinery of Changsha City, standardizing the export behavior of Changsha construction machinery second-hand equipment, increasing the transaction volume of construction machinery second-hand equipment transactions and making the construction machinery second-hand equipment industry bigger and stronger, and it will further expand the world influence of Changsha construction machinery industry cluster and its reputation.

"The completion of these tasks is a long and arduous task, and I hope that all colleagues of the Alliance will work together to create another 'spring' of Changsha Construction Machinery." Wu Jingsheng further emphasized.

The General Assembly voted for the first chairman Liu Guoliang, executive deputy chairman and secretary general Zhang Biao, and 4 deputy directors, and voted to pass the "Rules of the Alliance". Deputy Director Tan Yong said that the currently, there is a large amount of domestic construction machinery second-hand equipment, so it is necessary to fully make strategic adjustments and preparations to meet the industry's new challenges of changing from the "incremental market" to "stock market".

Wu Hongliang, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that in recent years, provincial and municipal governments have attached great importance to the development of the construction machinery industry and strongly supported the creation of an advanced manufacturing industry cluster for construction machinery. It is hoped that the Alliance will actively play the role of a communication bridge between the government and enterprises, timely reflect the demands of the construction machinery second-hand equipment industry, develop industry self-discipline, and assist the government to do a good job in industry management; vigorously promote cooperation between the units of the Alliance, realize resource complementation and sharing, expand the market scale of Changsha second-hand construction machinery; continuously promote the advanced technology and management mechanism of the construction machinery second-hand equipment industry, improve the technical level of second-hand construction machinery equipment, and increase the social and economic benefits of the operation of industry enterprises. In this way, good services for the development and growth of the construction machinery used equipment industry in our city could be provided, and the development of the Changsha construction machinery industry cluster would be better promoted.

At the meeting, Wu Hongliang also encouraged the enterprises participating in the Alliance, and called these enterprises "the first person to try tomato". It is hoped that the Alliance could promote the development of Changsha construction machinery and could work together with enterprises to bring domestic construction machinery industry to the global stage.
